To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods can not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.Unfortunately, due to the fact that we keep limited stock, replacements are not always possible, in which case we will refund you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a EFT refund will be made to the banking details provided. Please make sure to provide the CORRECT banking details.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Note that since a EFT is used to make the refund, it may take a few days. If you haven’t received a refund after 3 days and have checked your bank statement, please send us an email at info@noelleco.co.za.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it will take for you to receive your exchanged item, may vary depending on your location.
Please note that we do make use of third party delivery.
